Experienced in community consultation, public placemaking, stakeholder engagement, social impact measurement, programme evaluation, and strategic narrative development.
I bring a data-driven, analytical approach, combined with a genuine passion for people-centred urban spaces and a proven track record of building trust across government, corporate, and community partners to deliver measurable social impact.

I am looking for work which has meaning and impact but feel my skills put in in a satisfactory position to pivot into other industries.

I'm interested in sustainability and ESG, (projects where the focus is on sustainable transition for planet, people and place is what I strive to work on).
My strongest skills are relationship development, stakeholder engagement. I love when a project requires collaboration on complicated or more abstract problems, to come up with the best solution.
I have a background in English literature and have strong writing skills and ability to synthesise information into clear outputs (I've been writing a substack about my time here in Singapore for family and friends, and have been enjoying that creative outlet- https://substack.com/@lotie1).

Currently filling my time volunteering with a placemaking organisation (Better Place) based in India growing the concept of XID's (expereince improvement districts), coined by Mr Anupam Yog, including supporting the organisation of 'The Art of City Making Festival,' an official partner of the World Cities Summit this June.
