The Leadership & Talent Development Committee seeks to engage, inspire and educate members to develop their businesses effectively by providing events, content and insights in two main areas - Leadership: including managing colleagues in agile and complex working environments; leading millennials and young professionals; and motivating and engaging teams; and Talent: including recruiting effectively in Singapore; retaining and developing talent; and encouraging diversity.
- Share Ideas, best practices and thought leadership on leadership and talent development topics with the broader BCC community
- Facilitate dialogue with other BCC committees on leadership and talent development to create cross-committee collaboration for greater efficiency and impact.
- Create networking opportunities for LTD members.
