The Accelerate Programme
Launched in 2025, The Accelerate Programme leadership development programme designed to support the next generation of emerging business leaders. The programme brings together a curated cohort of <20 high-potential professionals from across our membership network, providing a structured leadership development journey with a combination of facilitated learning, peer collaboration, leadership insights and professional networking.
Hosted by the Chamber's Leadership & Talent Development Committee, the programme focuses on developing the core capabilities required for early-career leadership success or career change: self-awareness, communication, presence, influence and career growth. Participants will learn through a mix of interactive workshops, leadership panel discussions, peer learning groups and mentoring.
New for 2026: Introducing BritCham Connect, a mentoring initiative that will run alongside Accelerate, pairing participants with experienced professionals from the Chamber community.
This is a paid opportunity for participation.
Eligibility
The Accelerate Programme is open to professionals from all industries. The following guidelines apply:
- Professionals within the early phase of their career
- Professionals who are reskilling for a new career path
