The webinar will address the shared challenges and initiatives in the UK and Singapore to enable active and independent lives for older people.

 

Organised by the UK's Department for International Trade, the UK speakers will share on the integrated care model spanning primary, community and hospital services, and efforts to harness strengths across academia, NHS and the industry to develop novel and innovative solutions for Healthy Ageing. 

 

The Singapore speakers will share Singapore's approach towards Healthy Ageing, the Action Plan for Successful Ageing as well as other efforts within the community care sector to enable seniors to lead active and healthy lives.
