SIGNAL - Rewiring how we think and work in a human–AI world

SIGNAL, a flagship convening from Common Purpose for leaders navigating the realities of AI in the workplace is designed to build the confidence, judgment, and decision-making skills needed to lead effectively alongside AI.
Singapore being at the intersection of technology, governance, talent, and innovation, is an ideal classroom to explore how leaders can make decisions in a fast-changing environment. It also provides a powerful lens on what it means to balance efficiency, trust, human judgment, and responsible leadership at scale.
SIGNAL incorporates practical, experiential convening allowing the audience to explore complex dilemmas, test ideas with peers across sectors, and strengthen their ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty.
The inaugural convening takes place on 23–24 July 2026, and is open to directors, senior managers, emerging leaders, HR and people leaders, tech leaders, and others responsible for making decisions in AI-enabled environments. It is delivered with the support of Singapore Government and UK Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office.
