New Paddler Day with the British Dragons

Do you love being on the water? Are you in need of a new sporting activity? Or a group of fantastic people to spend your weekends with? Well, look no further!

 

This session is for anyone who wants to give our wonderful sport of dragon boating a try, whether you've never paddled before, have come to a previous new paddler day or see yourself as an experienced pro!

 

WHERE?
The boatyard at 5 Stadium Rd is a 10-min walk from Kallang MRT

 

WHEN?
Please arrive at 14:30, after which there’ll be a briefing and warm-up, then on the water 15:00-16:30 - if that’s not enough, join us for a beer on the beach after!

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
At least 1.5L of water (no metal bottles in the boat) - it's hot out on the water!
Workout gear, a cap and flip flops - you will get wet!
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
Your friends!

 

HOW MUCH?
The session costs S$25, or S$40 for two (either two sessions for you, or one session each for you and a friend!), and we will provide paddles and life jackets

 

There are no changing facilities, but you can leave a small bag in our locked cages during the session.
