This Mother’s Day, Neon Pigeon teams up with Fortuna—Singapore’s bold new trattoria and pizzeria—for a one-day-only four-hands brunch collaboration packed with big flavours and even bigger vibes.

Neon Pigeon’s Head Chef Sean Mell, together with Omar Tutino (Chef & Co-founder) and Egon Marzaioli (Creator & Director) of Fortuna, will present a spread of antipasti, handmade pastas, raw bites, and Fortuna’s pizzas—ranked #28 Best Pizza in Asia—reimagined with Neon Pigeon’s Japanese flair.

Mario curates a drinks list blending Italian craftsmanship with izakaya creativity, while a live DJ and beer pong turn the brunch into a full-on party.
