Simon Petch is a Partner in the Maritime Group at Watson Farley & Williams LLP, Singapore.  Simon specialises in advising banks, other financiers, owners and other maritime industry participants on all aspects of debt leasing and structured finance, security, construction and conversion, sale and purchase and operational and corporate matters.  Simon trained and practiced at Sinclair, Roche & Temperley in London before moving to Greece in 1997 with Stephenson Harwood to assist with setting up their Piraeus office.  Simon joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2006 and relocated to Singapore in 2012, where he is also Chairman of the Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain Business Group of the British Chamber of Commerce.  

 

Jennifer Tay is a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore.  She has over 15 years of experience in large scale infrastructure financial transactions and strategic advisory in both public and private sectors across Asia.  Jennifer is also the co-lead of the PwC Southeast Asia Infrastructure Team.  She has advised on many Chinese SOEs outbound investments and BRI-related infrastructure projects.  Having worked in large infrastructure companies in Singapore, Jennifer's sector expertise includes power & energy, transportation and telecommunications.  
 

 

James Green is Chief Marketing Officer at #dltledgers, an enterprise software company that uses blockchain to help companies digitise supply chains and cross-border trading operations.  #dltledgers has already conducted the world's first end-to-end shipment of wheat using blockchain and processed nearly $3bn-worth of transactions since its founding in 2018.  James has been based in Singapore since 2013 and is a keen early-stage investor.  His start up portfolio includes 50 early-stage businesses, mostly B2B and technology based.
