The future skills your organisation needs to plan for - Asia Pacific

19-11-2020 4:00 PM - 19-11-2020 4:45 PM

As businesses, jobs and entire economies evolve, we need to keep track of the skills that professionals will need in the future. In our most recent survey of 1500 professionals we asked them to consider the top five skills that professionals needed now and in the next 10 years.

This webinar, presented by Emma O’Dell and David Palmer, will explore the findings of our recent research. More importantly, we want you to understand the need to focus on professional development across people and technical skills that continue to evolve.

In particular, this session will focus on the following from the research:

• Comparisons between Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore

• A deep-dive into central job functions and the current skills required

• The anticipated future skills that professionals will need

In addition, we will also share new research on current and future skills rankings that are pertinent across several sectors including Financial and Professional Services, and central job functions such as Management, Human Resources, and Data Analytics. This is based on responses from over 1500 professionals in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Our organisational capability framework is key for organisations to identify evolving skill requirements. This is something we can discuss or can help to inspire you in undertaking your own analysis.

Who is this session for?

While this webinar is aimed at a general business audience, we would highly recommend for L&D decision makers, HR Directors, C-Level professionals and Executives.

We expect demand for this session to be high, so priority is given to professionals in these roles. This session is purely a B2B event and isn’t suitable for current or prospective students.
