Culture@Work: Different Roots, Shared Ground, One Singapore is an initiative organised by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) under the Alliance for Action on Integration of Foreign Professionals (AfA-IFP).

Through experiential learning, facilitated discussions, and networking opportunities, the programme aims to strengthen cross-cultural understanding, promote workplace inclusion, and encourage meaningful interactions between local and international professionals working in Singapore.
