The 2026 Asia World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit for women will be held live on Oct 12, 2026 in Singapore. 198 of the world’s 500 Largest Companies by annual revenue are now headquartered in Asia. With the theme “Lead beyond limits: Courage, Growth, Impact in building better leadership, better business and a better world”, the 2026 Asia World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® will focus on Asian  leadership in a rapidly evolving VUCA and multi-polar  world and bring together Asia’s (and the world’s) most inspirational executives and organizations.  

This will be the 12th annual world edition, now known as the ASIA WORLD edition and overall the 43rd international edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® to be held since 2015.  Companies and leaders will exchange best practices and strategies for success in Asia and the develop the next generation of Asian leaders that will lead on a global stage focusing on Artificial Intelligence, gender balanced, high performance leadership and impact. The summit will also celebrate the 2026 Break the ceiling touch the sky® Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in leadership (Top 50 To be announced Oct 12, 2026) and the 2026 Break the ceiling touch the sky® Global male champions for gender equality.
