With a 3-decade-long track record of successful Executive Search throughout the Asia Pacific Region, we are seeking to recruit a Trainee Consultant/Associate Consultant/Lead Consultant/Managing Consultant to join us as we continue to grow the business.

You will be partnering with our experienced recruitment consultants & supporting them with the process. You will also be given the opportunity to build and develop your own Executive Search practice within Garner and the autonomy to focus on growing the business through developing & maintaining client relationships.

You will be dealing with clients who will be in senior positions in their organizations. The Ideal Candidates will need to possess strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in advising and influencing the decision makers of the clients’ organization.

You will be confident, with the ability to think on your feet, to converse with people from diverse geographic, cultures and backgrounds. Equally important is an international mindset linked to resilience and all-round enthusiasm to get things done.
