My background spans marketplace operations, strategy consulting, venture building and international launches, with experience developing business models, improving commercial performance and leading teams.

At foodpanda Singapore, I led operations and experience for a function supporting 10,500+ active weekly riders and 2.3M monthly orders. I managed 14 people and owned the rider function’s S$217M P&L, planning capacity and rider pay against demand.

I identified, modelled and launched a new operating model saving over S$2.2M annually. I also rebuilt rider acquisition, doubling funnel conversion and increasing monthly hiring by 269%, and led the operational implementation of Singapore’s CPF Platform Workers Act across multiple functions.

Previously, as a strategy and innovation consultant, I developed business models and go-to-market strategies, delivering a 33% revenue increase for an AI cybersecurity company and 50% revenue growth for an academic publisher. I also founded an Antler-backed startup and launched Homes & Villas by Marriott across London, Paris, Rome and Lisbon.
