Project and programme delivery professional with 6+ years of experience across the UK telecoms sector, spanning capital infrastructure deployment at Virgin Media O2 and strategic technology transformation at nexfibre. My career has progressed from Project Manager to Business Manager and PMO to the CTIO, most recently establishing and leading a new Customer Experience & Analytics function.

I’m PMP certified and bring experience across delivery governance, risk and change control, executive reporting, data strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional programme coordination. I’ve supported complex, high-impact initiatives in both structured corporate environments and fast-moving scale-up settings, translating technical topics into clear business actions for senior leaders, boards, and shareholders.

Most recently, I supported nexfibre’s full-fibre rollout by driving data-led decision-making, shaping governance, and leading initiatives across customer experience, analytics, and business operations. I was also proud to be one of five recipients of the inaugural Apex Award, recognising high-impact contributions across the organisation.
