Global business and transformation leader with 20+ years’ experience helping complex organisations grow, transform and scale across international markets. I have worked alongside CEOs, Boards and Executive Teams across EMEA, the USA and Asia, combining commercial strategy, organisational transformation, people leadership and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.

My experience includes supporting $400M+ strategic growth priorities, delivering a 12% EBITDA uplift through enterprise transformation, expanding into new regions and contributing approximately $50M in new revenue growth, as well as scaling high-growth businesses and organisations across multiple countries.

I have led and advised businesses through periods of significant change — including hypergrowth, M&A, IPO, digital transformation and AI adoption. At Cyient, I helped scale six high-growth business units from approximately $10M to $100M revenue, supported workforce growth from 2,800 to 5,100 employees, and scaled the Digital business from 220 to 1,800 specialists across multiple countries.

More recently, I have operated beyond the traditional CPO remit, taking on Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy and enterprise transformation responsibilities, including building new organisations and go-to-market strategies, driving AI-enabled transformation and advising senior leadership through complex strategic change.
