David Dietsch | Regional Commercial & Service Operations Leader, APAC — Customer Success & Service Revenue Growth

I am a commercial and service-operations leader with 15+ years across Asia-Pacific, U.S. and Europe in high-tech, install-base businesses, currently based in Singapore with a Swiss industrial MNC. I own a global after-sales service revenue line that I have grown 30% over three years (CHF 7.5M to CHF 10M) through lifecycle optimization and service-portfolio standardization, and I provide functional leadership to eight service-sales managers across APAC and Europe. Earlier in my career I directed regional service operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and led field-service teams of 15 in Europe, so I understand service businesses from the equipment up.
