BritCham hosts roundtable with Mohib Rahman, Department for International Trade

As part of our Future of Trade series, Chamber members were invited for a roundtable discussion on 18th November with the Deputy Director, North America, China and Asia Pacific for the Department for International Trade. Mohib Rahman's role is to develop and deliver trade policy to enable businesses to trade more effectively with the countries in his remit, including Singapore, outside of formal free trade agreement negotiations.

As part of his visit, Mr Rahman was keen to gather views from business on the key opportunities across all sectors, and how Singapore acts as a hub around the region for these.

Organisations represented in the discussion included Future of Trade Partner Lloyds Bank, HSBC, Watson Farley & Williams, Rolls-Royce Singapore, The Energy Institute, Standard Chartered Bank and the British High Commission.
