This event provided participants with some tangible advice and practical steps they can take to ensure that diversity and inclusion policies are not just a box-ticking exercise within a company, but also a means to change company culture and reputation for the better. 

This can only be achieved by effective and engaging communications at all levels. Takeaways included tips on communicating the value of properly embedding D&I within the business, how to get C-suite / employee buy-in, how to communicate your D&I intentions internally and externally, and how to sustain / further develop your D&I policies.
