BritCham Accelerate – Developing Emerging Talent
Hosted by the Leadership & Talent Development Committee, British Chamber of Commerce Singapore
Are You Ready to Lead?
You're experienced enough to know what good leadership looks like, and ambitious enough to know you're not done growing. BritCham Accelerate is designed for professionals like you: high-potential, early-career leaders who are ready to take the next step.
Programme Overview
Accelerate is the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore's leadership development programme supporting the next generation of emerging business leaders.
Now entering its second year, the 2026 cohort will bring together 20 high-potential professionals from across BritCham's membership network for a structured leadership development journey, combining facilitated learning, peer collaboration, leadership insights and professional networking.
Hosted by the Leadership & Talent Development (LTD) Committee, the programme develops the core capabilities required for early-career leadership success: self-awareness, communication, presence, influence and career growth.
Participants learn through interactive workshops, leadership panel discussions, peer learning groups and mentoring through BritCham Connect, a new initiative pairing participants with experienced senior professionals from the Chamber community.
The Accelerate programme runs from 13 August to 22 October 2026, concluding with a graduation and celebration event recognising each cohort member's achievements.
