Sudan conflict forces hundreds of thousands to flee: Donate now to help!

The Rahmatan Lil Alamin (Blessings to all) Foundation (RLAF), in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), is organizing a collection to provide urgent humanitarian and protection assistance to communities affected by the humanitarian emergency in Sudan.

Since 15 April 2023, brutal fighting across Sudan has forced hundreds of thousands of people to leave their homes in search of safety both within the country and across its borders. The clashes add another layer of complexity to an already challenging humanitarian situation in Sudan, with almost 16 million people estimated to be in need of humanitarian assistance in 2023 before the crisis started. If the hostilities continue, UNHCR estimates that by October 2023, up to 860,000 people will have fled their homes to neighbouring countries.
