Engagement Leader for Connected Customer Experience, Microsoft

Lorena is the regional Engagement Leader for Connected Customer Experience, partnering with our Asia (Asia-Pacific) teams in driving strategy and execution. She is also the Asia co-lead for Microsoft’s sustainability chapter, which advocates reducing humanity’s carbon impact, understanding and managing Earth’s ecosystems, advancing zero-carbon energy, and enhancing economic opportunities.

She has more than 20 years of cross industry experience in corporate advisory, management consulting, business transformation and sustainability across multiple geographies including UK, Europe, and Asia. She has worked with C-suite, Boards of companies and innovation start-ups, to design and deliver strategic transformation projects that help them grow. Lorena created an award-winning Environmental Social Governance sustainability methodology while running her own consultancy, which established how businesses can use sustainability to drive transformation, productivity and efficiency whilst also building visibility across the business value chain.

She is the Chairperson of the British Chamber of Commerce (BritCham) Sustainability Committee. She also sits on the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) International Advisory Board and is focused on Environmental Social Governance (ESG).
