Gary is a Partner and Deputy Industry Lead for Real Estate & Construction at RSM Singapore, with over 18 years of insolvency and restructuring experience. He specializes in schemes of arrangement, judicial management, liquidation, and turnaround consulting across multiple industries. Previously spending a decade at a Big 4 firm, Gary has successfully led debt restructuring initiatives that preserved jobs and sustained operations. He actively contributes to the professional community as a founding member of IPAS's Young Insolvency Practitioners' Committee and teaches at Singapore Management University's insolvency programs, mentoring future practitioners while leveraging his unique insights into leadership transitions and succession planning.

Dennis Lee is a Partner and Head of Business Consulting at RSM Singapore with over 25 years of experience. He leads the firm's Business Consulting Practice and co-chairs the RSM Asia Pacific ESG Hub and RSM ASEAN Risk Advisory Services Hub. Dennis specializes in corporate governance, risk management, and sustainability, leading pre-IPO risk assurance engagements across sectors including real estate, hospitality, e-commerce, and manufacturing. His diverse clientele includes Government Linked Corporations, Public Listed Companies, REITs, and MAS licensed asset managers. He also advises on succession planning and family governance for large enterprises. Beyond his professional role, Dennis actively volunteers with the Singapore Institute of Chartered Accountants and serves on committees for the Southeast Community Development Council and Republic Polytechnic.
