EY | Empowering Singapore’s equities market ecosystem: Tax incentives for new corporate and fund manager listings

To encourage new listings in Singapore and increase investment demand for Singapore-listed equities, the following three new tax incentives were announced during Budget 2025:
- Listing Corporate Income Tax (CIT) rebate of 10% or 20% for new corporate listings in Singapore, subject to a rebate cap
- Enhanced concessionary tax rate (CTR) of 5% for new fund-manager listings in Singapore
- Tax exemption on fund managers' qualifying income arising from funds investing substantially in Singapore-listed equities
How would these tax incentives increase the demand for corporate listings in Singapore? What are the other key considerations when listing in Singapore? How should one prepare for the tax incentive application?
