The Committee will be chaired by The Hon. Will Hodgman B.A., LL.B.. Will is the former Premier of Tasmania and an influential voice in international diplomacy. He is joined by two exceptional leaders:

- The Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan - a senior UK Parliamentarian with a distinguished track record in climate diplomacy, trade, and infrastructure. She has held several Cabinet positions including Minister for International Development and Minister of State for the Indo-Pacific, where she played a key role in shaping the UK’s global sustainability and economic engagement strategies
- Dr Bicky Bhangu OBE - was previously the President of Rolls-Royce Southeast Asia, Pacific & South Korea, a leading advocate for industrial decarbonisation and sustainable innovation and is currently the President for UN Global Compact Singapore. With deep expertise in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and energy systems, he is serving on various industrial, government and education boards across the region—bringing a unique global perspective on technology-driven climate solutions.
