Operations Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
This position provides varied support to Raj Rayarel Senior Partner, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
Practice Management and Executive Support
•Preparing inward and outward facing presentations and documentation.
•Responsible for delivering operational improvements and regular management information.
•Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
•Stakeholder management, maintaining and developing relationships internally and externally, i.e., Field Management Team, B2B, etc.
•Miscellaneous tasks to provide executive support to Partner.
•Management of an Administrative Assistant.
•Providing marketing support with literature, contact, event planning and other associated tasks.
•Calendar management; coordinating client meetings, internal meetings, team meetings, strategy meetings, travel and other arrangements.
•Email and task management, controlling inbox flow and prioritizing emails and tasks on a daily basis.
•Key point of contact for internal and external matters; answering calls, contact management, contact updates, liaising with third parties, etc.
Client Servicing Support
•Preparation for client meetings, including performance information and client specific particulars.
•Maintaining and growing strong client relationships.
Technical Support
•Responsibility of maintaining up to date compliance knowledge and necessary documentation.
•Understanding of and adherence to rules on Investments, Pension Transfers, ISA Transfers, Third Party Product Replacements, etc.
•Being aware of and incorporating any Fund or Portfolio changes, ensuring these are communicated and any changes made in a timely manner.
•Preparing and designing projections, primarily using the Voyant tool.
•Study support would be available for the right candidate.
