Head of Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Role Purpose
The Head of Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) possesses a deep expertise in culture nuances, culture transformation, change management and DE&I strategy and will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies and programmes that enhance the corporate culture and overall employee experience. The role will focus on making CNCo a great place to work, with a specific remit to develop culture, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion.
The Head of Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will advise and provide subject matter expertise in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), ensuring DE&I principles are embedded in our policies and processes.
Role Accountabilities
- Lead and promote a robust and sustainable culture that embraces Swire’s values
- Develop the overall culture strategy and objectives
- Develop a DE&I roadmap incorporating recruitment, retention, talent management, leadership/career development, employee engagement
- Create innovative solutions to strengthen the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and cultural competencies across the organization
- Ensure policies and procedures support the culture, values and DE&I and comply to legislation and employment law regulations regarding bias and inclusion
- Develop appropriate measurement and reporting metrics for both internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize metrics to influence strategic planning and decision making
- Lead and influence Employee Action Groups, supporting goals, plans and initiatives while ensuring alignment to overall DE&I policies.
- Keep abreast of market best practices, sharing with Executive team to drive DE&I programs
- Collaborate with Corp Communications to market and drive engagement and excitement around DE&I strategy and initiatives internally and externally

Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary degree
Experience
- Experience driving strategy and change management in the areas of DE&I and Culture
- Good understanding of Culture and DE&I best practices and global regulatory frameworks
- Experience in partnering with Senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge and understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion principles and practice
- Experience in implementing culture, employee engagement and DE&I Programs and initiatives
- Experience in designing and facilitating culture and DE&I training/workshops

- Good project management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams that do not have a direct, formal reporting structure, demonstrating strong influencing and people leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
