Event: Closing the Employee Experience Gap for Working Parents

Too many highly talented individuals are being lost by organisations during parental transitions, contributing heavily to the narrowing of the female pipeline. Becoming a parent shouldn’t be a barrier to success. Yet the stress of juggling parenting responsibilities with the demands of work takes a toll on many parents’ personal and professional lives – for both men and women.

The only way to make a difference on tough gender and commercial targets is to build more inclusive cultures where everyone is engaged and can reach their potential. Companies should stop differentiating between men’s and women’s needs and should work towards enabling both men and women to advance their careers while at the same time leading sustainable and balanced lives.

In this event we invite Rachael Jay, Managing Director at Talking Talent to share her experience across industries in tackling these issues and building high-performing teams, and Varshaa Ram Kutik, APAC Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Bank of America Merrill Lynch to provide her insights and case study.
