Welcome to our new digital platforms

The Chamber has been undergoing a digital transformation journey, investing in a new technology platform and building a new website to bring you fantastic new services. We have listened to our members' feedback for a more personalised experience, and are delighted to announce the Chamber’s move to the EventBank platform.

With the new platform members will have access to new website features, concise communications around your membership and our events, and updates relevant to your business and personal interests. You will also have access to an integrated EventBank app which provides on-the-go access to booking events, visibility of registered event attendees, the membership directory, our news and easily amending your profile.

Our new website provides clear steps to making the most of and managing your membership, booking and managing events, and engaging with the Chamber at all levels. Beyond existing services such as our own and our partner’s events, the membership directory, sharing your company news as a member, entering our Annual Business Awards and reading the latest Orient magazine, new features will be available to you such as a Jobs Board and access to events organised by the British Chambers and Business Groups around the region. Our new platform allows for easy payments, management of your member profile, and for primary members (those acting as the main representative for their company) the ability to add members and update the company’s profile details.
