The next chapter for Singapore data protection

In Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Singapore Ministry of Communications and Information concluded three public consultations over the past two years. From this, the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Bill was born, being released for public consultation on 14 May 2020.
