Member and non-member companies can use the Chamber Boardroom, Small Meeting Room and Hotdesks. Please review the details on this page.

 

To book:

 

Our Chamber members can enjoy up to 2 hours complimentary use of our Boardroom, Small Meeting Room or Hotdesks by appointment within our 8.30am - 5.30pm working hours, Monday to Friday (up to 10 hours per month total).
 
For an extended use of the Boardroom we offer the following options:
 
  • As one boardroom with a capacity of up to 20 pax
  • As two separate rooms which can accommodate 6 people each
  • Theater-style seating with a capacity of up to 40 people
 
All use of our rooms include the following:
 
  • Wireless Internet connection
  • LCD Projector or TV screen
  • Whiteboard with marker
  • Flipchart stand with paper
  • Tea / coffee / water

Terms and conditions

 

  • All rates are inclusive of GST
  • Bookings are within office hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Half day use is equivalent to 4.5 hours
  • At least 2 working days' notice is required for cancellations, otherwise a $50 late cancellation fee applies

The hot desk will be available as a drop in facility, subject to availability. Members may call the chamber office to confirm current availability.
