We blend workshop training (virtual or face-to-face), with personal coaching. This ensures that participants transfer their skills from the classroom environment into the workplace environment and that they get the specific help that they need.
We demonstrate measurable growth from the beginning to the end of each program, we equip each participant with an independent learning plan and we make recommendations to clients for continued writing skills development.
