The Evolution of Work for SMEs

Industry-leading organisations on the cutting-edge of workplace advancement are providing a showcase of potential learnings for today’s business market, specifically entrepreneurs and SMEs.

High profile global corporations such as Google and Facebook have dominated this conversation. The panel will discuss the lessons to be learnt from these companies findings. How the latest buzz-words such as agile working and the gig economy, can drive forward organisations to effectively harness human talent to develop or enhance creativity and drive innovation.

In an effort to understand the changes that have occurred and those on the horizon, we have assembled a panel of experts and business leaders in the fields of human capital, education, entrepreneurialism, and strategy to discuss the future of work for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
