Ashley joined the Financial Services Business Group in 2012 and was appointed Chairperson in 2016. Prior to this Ashley was also appointed the Treasurer for the St David’s Society of Singapore for two years between 2012 and 2014.

Ashley has more than ten years experience, in financial planning and holds the required qualifications in Singapore to operate as a fully licensed financial adviser representative with The Fry Group in Singapore. His expertise is centred on the UK financial planning environment with the majority of advice relating to retirement planning, UK tax structuring, investment management and insurance based advice.

The Fry Group endorse a high level of professional expertise and in line with this Ashley is attaining the final credits to acquire Chartered Financial Planner status in the coming year or so with the longer term aspiration to hold a Fellowship with the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK.

Francesca is the economic adviser to the British High Commission in Singapore. She leads on policy development for the UK government across the economic and financial sectors in Singapore, including FinTech collaboration and the UK-Singapore Financial Dialogue. She also advises the UK government and firms on economic developments and business opportunities in Singapore and ASEAN.

Previously Piers headed up market entry into Africa across the World Fuels portfolio of solutions. Prior to World Fuels, Piers was Managing Director of Dascam Consulting, a defence and security consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, including leading the company through their acquisition by Ultra Electronics in 2008, following an 8 year spell in the British Army as an infantry officer. Piers is a graduate of Durham University and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Jennifer Doherty is Asia Head of Innovation for HSBC’s Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) business. In this role, she is focused on identifying opportunities for HSBC to leverage technology from the Fintech community and deliver value to HSBC’s corporate clients. A seasoned professional with 14 years of banking and financial services experience, Jennifer joined HSBC in 2013 with extensive experience in managing product portfolios and developing bespoke solutions for corporate and institutional clients. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for the longer term direction and strategy of the innovation capabilities of the GLCM business to ensure that it meets and exceeds clients’ needs. Prior to joining HSBC, Jennifer held a number of product related roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Paul Landless is a partner in our Singapore office who specialises in structured finance, derivatives and financial markets products, including securitisations, repackagings, structured notes, securities lending and repo. He leads the financial markets team in Singapore and South East Asia. He also has extensive experience in various types of structured transactions, including in relation to commodities trading, and he regularly advises on global and local financial market regulatory developments and financial market infrastructure. He is also a member of the firm's Brexit Markets Group and recently has been very active with FinTech developments in Singapore.

Launching and licensing numerous pricing services across the region, Rhys specialises in Fixed Income, FX, Interest Rate, Equity and Energy Derivatives, and has represented TPI at industry events, presenting and taking part in various panel discussions. Rhys has a strong regulatory focus and aspires to play a small part in the further development of the Asian financial markets. During his time at Tullett Prebon Information Rhys attained the CFA designation, completed his first marathon and became a father of two.
