Lucy oversees all marketing and communications channels, manages advertising opportunities and works on partnerships, sponsorships and projects for the Chamber.

Previously, Lucy spent 12 years working for CIBT, a multinational company servicing the travel industry with visa information and processing support. During this time she held various senior executive positions and relocated to Singapore from the UK 5 years ago to champion the company’s expansion into the Asia region.

Prior to relocating to Singapore and joining the chamber team as Membership Manager, Nicole worked across multiple sectors within Marketing, Events and Business Development. She recently completed an International MBA at Bournemouth University. Her core role is to support the membership network as well as manage enquiries from companies and individuals wishing to join the British Chamber of Commerce.

Nicole is British born but expat bred having grown up in Swaziland, Cóte D’Ivoire, Sudan, N. America, St. Lucia and Botswana, before returning to the UK for her undergraduate studies. She is a keen surfer and diver, and never happier than when surrounded by water.

Having moved to Singapore a year ago Zoë oversees all of the 70 plus events that BritCham delivers each year. She focuses on delivering the larger Flagship events, which includes the Annual Business Awards and Christmas Ball.

Before living in Singapore, Zoë had successfully delivered a range of cultural events in London and the UK, including having worked for the Royal Albert Hall and The Barbican.

Nothing pleases Zoë more than seeing people enjoying themselves and making new connections through the platform of events, and she looks forward to meeting you at the next BritCham event!

As the Marketing & Communications Executive, Alison works closely with Lucy to manage the Chamber’s marketing and communications channels - the website, social media and ORIENT magazine. She also serves as the Chamber's graphic designer.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Alison has worked in the luxury, events and education industries. She was the Marketing Executive for the Pattern Trader Tutorial at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, where she handled both the Marketing and Operational aspects for the program. She also worked in the luxury industry on a Public Relations internship at Cartier.

Carole heads the Business Services team at the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore. Business Services is a private sector lead delivery partner for UKTI to support UK companies to explore business opportunities in Singapore under the Overseas Business Network Initiative (OBNi).

Prior to joining the Chamber Carole has worked as Marketing Manager in the manufacturing, consumer goods and media industries. Carole has lived in Dubai, Ireland and France prior to moving to Singapore with her husband and family about 2 years ago.

As a business services advisor, Arvind works closely with Carole McCarthy and the British Department of International Trade to find market entry strategies for British companies looking to expand into Singapore under the Overseas Business Network Initiative.

Prior to joining the chamber, Arvind has done two internships during his time at university to get a taste of government and corporate administration with Enterprise Singapore’s Middle East & Africa Team and The Ascott Limited respectively. His internship experiences honed his interests in trade and export promotion in addition to helping companies internationalise.

Arvind read Political Science in Singapore Management University and has a keen eye on international trade.

Pauline has over 30 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing. Prior to joining the Chamber, she worked at an MNC IT company for 20 years.

As the Finance Manager of the Chamber, Pauline's responsibilities includes handling the full set of accounts, bank reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly reporting package for the Board of Governors.

Anna arrived in Singapore on June 2011 and worked in the hotel industry before joining the Chamber Management Team. Prior to this, she has experience in various industries including healthcare/medical and customer service which makes it more interesting and challenging for her when she joined the office. She finished her degree in Business Management after which took her Post Graduate Diploma course in Business Administration.

As the first point of contact in the office, she will be more than glad to extend and provide assistance in any way she can to meet and exceed one’s expectation and at the same time uphold the team’s standard in delivering the quality of service.
