17th Annual Business Awards Winner: Rolls-Royce for Customer Engagement

Rolls-Royce announced as the winner of the Customer Engagement category at BritCham's 17th Annual Business Awards

Rolls-Royce have been announced as this year's winner in the Customer Engagement category at BritCham's 17th Annual Business Awards.

 

Their winning entry illustrated their commitment to customer satisfaction, engagement, and monitoring both their successes and failures. 

 

Judge Russell Anderson, Managing Director APAC for Jaguar LandRover, looked for strong and publicly visible customer-centric values that generate demonstrable improvements to profitability and customer satisfaction. Discussing the winning entry, he stated:


"Rolls-Royce were able to clearly and succinctly demonstrate that Customer Satisfaction and Engagement was being placed at the heart of their plans whilst at the same time demonstrated their customer service improvement and the measurement of the success of their Customer Engagement."
