Event Details

Many companies state they value their human capital but exhibit little care beyond the standardized HR management processes. And, their version of human capital risk management is inconsistent with how other assets such as buildings, equipment and information are managed to mitigate risk.

This session will look at risk management from a people asset perspective, as well as the methods and measures associated with current practices and how a growing number of companies are developing a more robust and cost effective means of managing this risk, thereby making them more competitive in the market.

What you will learn:
-Duty of care to your Human Capital - why it makes sense for companies to embrace and implement this for their human capital
-Threats and Risks facing your travellers, international assignees and national employees - types of threats that could affect your human capital and in turn, impact your business operations
-Risk mitigation measures to reduce the threats so as to reduce risk exposure for your human capital
