Event Details

This workshop allows participants to explore this leadership question for themselves through a process that invites high impact personal and organisational insight in a very short space of time. Individuals explore and reflect on leadership attributes, traits and behaviours that are important to them and to understand what these mean to members in a team.

As a result, the workshop is highly effective in sharing team-based understanding of what different individuals bring and the importance of diversity and inclusion in environments where team-based accountabilities are increasingly key to driving high value-add performance. Are leaders born or made? often proves a springboard for change and leadership development at an individual, team or organisational level.

The learning outcomes include clear, easy-to-use tips on how to form high performance teams with a high degree of confidence in difficult situations.

What you will learn:
Participants get insight into some of their own leadership characteristics – and to appreciate those that others bring. The workshop is extremely powerful in creating team spirit and organisational camaraderie. In a closed organisational setting the workshop can create powerful insight into why makes a team or organisation tick (eg at senior leadership, middle management or frontline levels). In an open context, participants can take back tools and techniques for forming highly effective teams under time and resource pressure.
