BritCham Leadership Debate

The Leadership Dilemma

“Are existing leadership models fit for purpose in this fourth industrial revolution age?”

Join us in an in-depth debate to tackle current leadership issues.

How have leaders lost the trust perspective?
Is diversity/multi culturalism really the way forward?
What would a leadership model look like to be fit for purpose in a knowledge age?
Effective communication is still a challenge – why?

There is a mountain of research that challenges current “leadership” competencies. This debate session will tackle some key points and “elephants in the room” head on. It aims to encourage participants to think about what they might want to change in their leadership approach or change the way they will approach an upcoming leadership role. The session is ideal for anyone in a leadership position, or anyone who aspires to attain a leadership position in the future.

In order to raise the bar on audience participation we will be using interactive tools to provide in real time an ongoing summary of events.

This event will include free-flow wine, beer, soft drinks and light canapes with time during registration and post event for networking with other members and guests.
