Winning the Fight for Female Talent

Singapore’s economy is based on knowledge and talent as our main resource. And an organization is only as strong as its people. Which is why people strategies and the diversity agenda matters now more than ever in attracting and retaining the right talent.

But what do people, organisations and our CEOs seek in talent? And are organizations preparing people to compete in the age of divergence?

This session will share insights from PwC Singapore's recent surveys of CEOs, employers and talent and it will highlight key findings that can help in aligning your people strategy with the diversity & inclusion agenda. This presentation aims to cover the market trends in relation to recruitment, talent management and mobility from both a global, regional and local perspective.

Following the presentation, the panellists will share their experiences and open this session into an interactive floor discussion to hear your thoughts on this topic.

A full breakfast and networking opportunities will be included.

Lucy took a conventional corporate path from Oxford University to big law firms in the City of London and then Singapore. But, after spending time amongst the startup ecosystem in Singapore, she decided to set up her own consulting firm, Upstart Alliance, to empower startups and SMEs with affordable, top quality support from leading legal, finance and strategy advisors.

Having spent years with large corporates, Lucy wanted to do something meaningful with her training and experience and that meant working with clients who inspired her, and who were as passionate as she was about doing things differently.
