Sinead Canny is Group Marketing Director at Ambition Group, a global boutique recruitment company.

Her early career began in an integrated marketing agency where she spent 5 years working for some of the biggest brand including BAA and T-Mobile.

She then moved clientside and has worked in the professional services industry since then while also dabbling on projects outside of work time within the fashion and motoring industry. Sinead believes that marketing is about being relevant and knowing your audience but doing it in a way that is brilliant. A hard task but very rewarding when you get it right.

Formerly a journalist, Ian turned to ‘the dark side’ of PR more than a decade ago and since then has helped build the Technical Associates Group (which he co-owns) into an agency that employs fifty people but which has global reach, understanding and expertise. To help his clients to capitalise on the Industry 4.0 and IOT boom expected within Asia Pacific he established Technical Publicity Asia Pte Ltd in the early part of 2016. The agency is now representing clients in the industrial, safety, engineering, rail and oil and gas sectors across Asia Pacific.

Managing Director of regional sponsorship, communications and brand experience agency Roco Communications, Ross has over 18 years of marcomms experience encompassing retail, licensing, sponsorship, event management and public relations. Ross moved to Singapore in 2015 prior to which he was based in Hong Kong, and has handled the communications for some of the region’s most prestigious sports and entertainment events. Prior to moving to Asia, Ross was based in London where he oversaw sponsorship campaigns ranging from Formula 1 to the Cannes Film Festival. The Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology
 
David Kelly is the Director of Asia PAC for the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), responsible for the growth and profile of the Institute within the Asia Pacific region. A Chartered Marketer, David joined the IMarEST in 2012, where he spearheaded the development and execution of a completely reinvigorated marketing strategy which has fortified the Institute and supported rapid growth over the past three years. David was a key driver behind a skills-gap roundtable held in London in 2013 and subsequent report: “Mitigating the Skills Gap in the Maritime and Offshore Oil and Gas Sector” which led to a redeveloped Skills Working Group under the UK’s Marine Industries Leadership Council (MILC). He has supported the delivery of a Career Level Framework aimed at supporting the professional development of marine professionals around the globe. David is also Chair of the UK’s Marine Industries Leadership Council (MILC) Image Working Group.

Charlotte Nors is the Managing Director of Singapore Repertory Theatre. She has lived and worked in Singapore since 2000 and joined SRT after a short stint in the dotcom industry. SRT is one of the leading theatre companies in South East Asian serving over 125,000 people a year with a season of plays, musicals and educational programmes. SRT is a front-runner in marketing in the arts and Charlotte has been instrumental in crowing the company both in terms of audience reach, corporate partnerships and with regards to developing new productions and present international plays.

Strategic by nature, his 25 years agency experience has covered many key industries including FMCG, Drinks, Retail, Property, Automotive, Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Airline & Travel, Leisure and Business-to-Business and has been responsible for developing award winning disruptive marketing strategies in all core disciplines for many of the blue chip clients he has worked with in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. Andrew is the Founder and Managing Director of The Insight Bureau Pte Ltd, a speaker bureau incorporated in 2006 in Singapore and the UK. He manages a global resource network of speakers, presenters and moderators who support conferences, client events and internal company briefings. Andrew has been resident in Asia since 1990 and has lived in Singapore since 1993. He was previously a regional director with The Economist Group for 13 years, based in Singapore where he ran the CEO peer group forum, developed Roundtables around the region and was responsible for its sponsorship business. He previously worked in Hong Kong, Australia, France and Canada. He was formerly an officer in the Royal Air Force. Andrew has been a member of BritCham since 1993 and has served on the Board for a total of six years and has been Vice President for the past two years. He has sat on Exco and has chaired Membership Committee. He is a past President of The British Club. He holds an Economics degree from The University of Nottingham and is married to Aneetha with three children aged 18, 17, & 16.

Patrick has over 9 years' international research experience across Europe, Australia and Singapore. Starting out in research in London, Patrick moved to Sydney to work in Millward Brown for 3 years before coming to Sydney as Insight Director for Kadence International, a boutique research agency.

With a depth of experience in large scale, international research, Patrick has managed and undertaken fieldwork in the UK and overseas – including a range of diverse countries such as Russia, China, India and Nigeria – to provide clients with crucial answers to critical questions about concept testing, brand positioning, innovation, communications and marketing.

Patrick has co-authored a range of papers and lectures on the importance of creativity, psychology and storytelling in business. With a passion for sharing knowledge and developing talent, he has spoken at a number of universities and conferences including UNSW, McQuarrie University, and ESOMAR and has been a visiting lecturer at the University of Kent.
