Dr. Stephen Wyatt (Steve) is a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership Consulting Practice, specialising in strategy and leadership development. Steve has worked extensively with both MNCs and Asia-based corporations on strategy planning and implementation in the region, as well as with government agencies and NGOs to address important national and social issues.
Steve has spent over 20 years of leadership consulting experience across the Asia Pacific market. He was previously Executive Director at Singapore Management University, where he led the executive and leadership development business.
Steve has a PhD in General Management (Strategy & Leadership), as well as a master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
Having grown up in the UK, Steve has lived in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore, and has worked throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining the Chamber Brigitte worked at Imperial Tobacco - the world's fourth largest tobacco company - where she held several senior executive positions leading to extensive experience and knowledge about doing business in Asia.
Brigitte is a permanent resident in Singapore and has been living here for 12 years. Born and raised in Hamburg, work led her to live in Moscow before moving to Singapore. Based in Asia she became a keen yoga practitioner and keeps otherwise fit with running to compensate for her love of good food and wine.

Jeannine has been leading the Mercuri Urval Office in Singapore since 2013 and is a member of the Global Advisory team of Mercuri Urval India. Working out of Singapore, she and her team cover the entire Southeast Asia region, Japan and Korea.
Prior to her current role she was based out of Germany as an International Business Consultant for Mercuri Urval, working in various European countries. Strong commercial experience from business development and transformation projects underpin her expertise in Executive Search and Leadership Development / Talent Management solutions across various industries, at regional and global level.
Jeannine holds a PhD in International Politics and is a horse riding enthusiast.

Jim Rowan is Chief Operating Officer and a Board member at Dyson. He is responsible for all aspects of the core operational functions of the company such as: RDD (Research Design and Development), Product Introduction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing and Returns & Repairs and International Technical Services. Jim currently sits on the advisory board for Supply Chain World, a leading provider of supply chain content and community of senior supply chain professionals.
Prior to joining Dyson, Jim was Chief Operating Officer of Research In Motion, (BlackBerry) where he was responsible for Global Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing and Repair Services. In addition to this, he was also accountable for many of the support functions such as Organisational Development/H.R., and Corporate Operations which included Environment, Health and Safety, and Global Facilities Planning and Management. Jim also headed the general cost optimization programs across the company with a $1bn annual cost down challenge.
Previous to joining RIM Jim was Executive Vice President of World Wide Operations for Celestica, at the time a $9 billion Electronic Contact Manufacturer with over 50 thousand employees in 25 global locations. At Celestica, Jim was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Previous to this, Jim was based in Vienna, Austria where he worked for Flextronics as the Vice President of Operations for their European Region. He was part of the executive management team which helped Flextronics grow from circa $800 million revenues to over $15 billion by the time he left.
Jim has also been a founder for two company start-ups which were extremely successful. Both companies were grown until they were ready for acquisition and sold at premium. Both allowed him to take positions within the expanded organization. Jim started his Electronics Manufacturing career with Digital Equipment Corporation where he worked as a Manufacturing Engineer. He brings over 20 years of operational and supply chain experience from all levels the industry. He studied Mechanical & Production Engineering and Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Glasgow Caledonian University and Glasgow School of Technology and holds an MSc in Business with Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Newcastle Business School at Northumbia University (UK).
Dominic is the Associate Director - Commerce Finance, HR & Business Support for Robert Walters (Singapore).
He has worked for well-known global recruitment businesses based in the UK, Australia & Singapore.
The markets he has covered includes Commerce & Industry, HR & Business Support, Practice and Upstream Oil & Gas and he has focussed on recruiting mid-market to C-Suite accounting roles across a variety of sectors.
