Business Services Events Executive 

 

The Business Services Events Executive will be supporting the Events and Business Services teams in executing events. She/he will be reporting to the Business Services Manager and the Senior Events Manager
 
Job Profile
  • Support the execution of events from beginning to end
  • Handle pre-event logistics and administration
  • Support registration and set-up at events
  • Support post event feedback, payments and general inquires 
  • Liaise with members, clients and venues and external stakeholders
  • Work alongside & support the Business Services and Events teams.
 
Requirements
  • Graduate or up to two years’ work experience in events or marketing
  • Possess strong customer focus and networking skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Have excellent written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel)
  • Evening and some early morning work will be required 
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, building rapport and relationships while maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Candidate must work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all events, be hands on and versatile

Benefit package includes: 
  • Regular working hours 09:00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday 
  • Flexibility required as events can be early in the morning or late in the evening 
  • Monthly Salary + CPF payable 13 times per year (pro rata) 
  • 15 days paid annual leave
