Brigitte's core responsibilities concentrate on leading and running the Chamber's Office in an efficient and effective manner to the benefit of the membership. Her primary focus is ensuring to meet members' needs and expectations in a dynamic and fast changing business environment.

Prior to joining the Chamber Brigitte worked at Imperial Tobacco - the world's fourth largest tobacco company - where she held several senior executive positions leading to extensive experience and knowledge about doing business in Asia.

Brigitte is a permanent resident in Singapore and has been living here for 12 years. Born and raised in Hamburg, work led her to live in Moscow before moving to Singapore. Based in Asia she became a keen yoga practitioner and keeps otherwise fit with running to compensate for her love of good food and wine.

Lucy Haydon

Lucy’s responsibility is to focus on ensuring the expansion of the Chamber’s membership through new acquisitions and retention, in addition overseeing all of the Chamber’s marketing and communications channels including the website and ORIENT magazine.

Prior to joining the Chamber Lucy spent 12 years working for CIBT, a multinational company servicing the travel industry with visa information and processing support. During this time she held various senior executive positions and relocated to Singapore from the UK 4 years ago to champion the company’s expansion into the Asia region.

Katie Hudson

Katie has lived in Asia for over twelve years, moving to Singapore 9 years ago from Hong Kong. She has been Membership Manager at the Chamber for 8 years and with the support of Siti, is responsible for any membership related enquiries. Katie works alongside the membership and events team to deliver a membership of high quality and value.

Katie enjoys sporting challenges having completed the HK and Sydney Oxfam 100K trailwalkers and the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon although is now keeping fit running around after her 4 year old son in her spare time.
Marketing & Communications Executive
Nicole Alison Lim

As the Marketing & Communications Executive, Alison works closely with Lucy to manage the Chamber’s marketing and communications channels - the website, social media and ORIENT magazine. She also serves as the Chamber's graphic designer.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Alison has worked in the luxury, events and education industries. She was the Marketing Executive for the Pattern Trader Tutorial at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, where she handled both the Marketing and Operational aspects for the program. She also worked in the luxury industry on a Public Relations internship at Cartier.

In her spare time, she's either running, lost in galleries, or stumbling into hipster hang-out locations.

Siti has been in the workforce for more than 8 years with most of her experience focused in sales and business development. Her experience from various sectors such as retail, education, insurance and finance helps give insight to her role at Britcham. As the membership administrator, she works closely with Katie, our Membership Manager, and helps to administer all new and existing members' enquiries.

Carole McCarthy

Carole heads the Business Services team at the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore. Business Services is a private sector lead delivery partner for UKTI to support UK companies to explore business opportunities in Singapore under the Overseas Business Network Initiative (OBNi).

Prior to joining the Chamber Carole has worked as Marketing Manager in the manufacturing, consumer goods and media industries. Carole has lived in Dubai, Ireland and France prior to moving to Singapore with her husband and family about 2 years ago.

Nico has been working in various industries such as logistics, telecommunications, banking, training and consultancy industries for the past 9 years.

Prior to her role at the Chamber, Nico worked as a business advisor assisting aspiring entrepreneurs and SMEs with a comprehensive range of advisory and business services. There, she worked alongside SPRING Singapore, a statutory board, to conduct informative talks & seminars, workshop, and productivity assessments to help local business owners sustain and grow their business.

As Business Services Advisor, Jessie provides advice and assistance on behalf of the Department for International Trade (DIT) to UK companies doing and seeking to do business in Singapore.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Jessie worked as an Immigration Advisor with Berry Appleman & Leiden (BAL), advising multinational companies on immigration-related compliance and strategies for Asia. She was also the on-site representative for a technological giant in Singapore, acting as the first point of contact for any immigration-related queries.
Finance Manager
Pauline Yeo

Pauline has over 30 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing. Prior to joining the Chamber, she worked at an MNC IT company for 20 years.

As the Finance Manager of the Chamber, Pauline's responsibilities includes handling the full set of accounts, bank reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly reporting package for the Board of Governors.
Office Administration Executive
Anna Garciso

Anna arrived in Singapore on June 2011 and worked in the hotel industry before joining the Chamber Management Team recently. Prior to that, she has experience in various industries including healthcare/medical and customer service which makes it more interesting and challenging for her when she joins the office. She finished her degree in Business Management after which took her Post Graduate Diploma course in Business Administration.

As the first point of contact in the office, she will be more than glad to extend and provide assistance in any way she can to meet and exceed one’s expectation and at the same time uphold the team’s standard in delivering the quality of service.
